Why should you trust me?
You shouldn't. I'm just some dude who makes music and likes coffee, like many of you. Sure I make my own pour overs and latte's for fun, but I'm not exactly a master barista. This guide was made less as a definitive ranking of all coffee ever and more as a jumping-off point for you to go explore this city.
Some things worth noting: I do not like sweet drinks. I order everything half sweet, and I can't stomach more than a single pump of syrup most of the time. I prefer light roasts. Most if not all coffee beans I buy are medium-light roasts, with subtly sweet notes and an almost 'nutty' coffee. I also enjoy punchy, 'fruit salad' roasts too. You will almost never see me willingly purchase french roast. Finally, I prefer hot coffee to iced or cold brew. I like to sip my coffee slowly, If I wanted something to chug, I'd generally go for cold oolong tea instead.
